YOUR LOGIN IS YOUR EMAIL. 
YOU HAVE TO AGREE THE COOKIES OF THE SITE IN ORDER TO LOG ON.
FIRST ACCESS: YOUR PASSWORD MUST BE INITIALIZED  

Click on "Reset Password" on the page "Connection". You must then enter your email address and follow the steps.
to confirm your new password.
To log in, please go to MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr homepage and click on the "Connection" button.

I CANNOT CONSULT MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr

Overload phases may occur, resulting in the impossibility to access the website.
If this problem persists, please return on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr one hour later.
Please empty your web browser's cache if the maintenance message is still displayed.

AN ALERT (AUTHENTICATION REQUEST) APPEARS, CAN I TRUST THE SITE?

This certification warning should no longer appear.
In any event, you can trust the website of MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr, which is secure.

I CANNOT CONNECT, A MESSAGE “LOCKED ACCOUNT" APPEARS, WHY?

When you registered, you checked the box "I do not have a No. INE" and after verifying your supporting documents, your account has been rejected. The reason for this refusal was sent to you by email. You must send us new supporting documents. The list of documents is indicated in the email, you must click on the link in it.

ERROR MESSAGE AT LOGIN

 

  • Message "Invalid username or password". Try again letter by letter, checking your username and password.
  • Message "opensaml :: FatalProfileException": Close your browser. Re-open it, then go to the home page of MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr and click on the "Login" button. (If the message persists, empty the cookies before closing the browser).

Subscribing to MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr

DO I ALREADY HAVE A MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr ACCOUNT?

You already have a MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account if :

  • you have registered on Parcoursup for the current academic year, and you have received an email that confirms the creation of your account on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr.

If you already have an account and want to log in for the first time on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr, you must reset your password by entering your email address on the page Reset Password.

I CANNOT CONNECT

Several cases are possible:

  • You have entered your INE instead of your email address as an identifier.
  • You use the user ID and password that you were given last year or this year by Parcoursup or by your CROUS: You must initialize your password.
  • If you already have an account (see "Do I already have a MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account?") and you want to log in for the first time on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr, you must reset your password by entering your email address on the page Reset Password,
  • If you do not have an account on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr yet, you must create one via the registration form,
  • If you have lost your password, you can reset it.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY VERIFICATION CODE

This is sent to you in the case of registration via the form.
Check if the email entitled "[MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr] Vérification de votre adresse courriel" was not stored in your spam. If you really have not received this email, you can start your registration on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr to receive a new verification code.

MY VERIFICATION CODE DOES NOT WORK

To avoid any mistake, "copy / paste" the code that was sent to you in the email entitled "[MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr] Vérification de votre adresse courriel.

THE EMAIL ADDRESS I SPECIFY IS ALREADY USED (BY A BROTHER OR SISTER)

You must create one MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account per person in a family.
For each account, the email address must be different, with the right No. INE attached to this account.
Generally, to unblock this situation, you must either :
•    create your own account on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr with your own email address (create one if you do not have one) and your No. INE
•    or, if your email address is already used by your brother or sister and you want to use it for your MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account, you must ask your brother / sister to connect on his MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account and change his/her email address, indicating his/her own address instead of yours. Once this change of email address is made on his MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account, you can register on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr with your own email address.

MY EMAIL ADDRESS HAS CHANGED, I NO LONGER USE THE OLD ADDRESS

If you can still access the messages received at this old address, you can change yourself this email address on the page "MY PROFILE".
If you no longer have access to messages received at this old address, you can change this email address via our modification form of your old email, accessible from the connetion page.
If you do not have the necessary information in this form, you must send us a message via our support form and select the Catégorie : Compte messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr -> votre CROUS -> le Thème : Modifier son compte -> le Sujet : Mon adresse courriel a changée et doit être modifiée.

DO I ALREADY HAVE A NO. INE? WHERE CAN I FIND IT?

You already have a No. INE (mandatory identifier of 11 characters) if:

  • You are in high school and you are going to pass the Baccalaureate exam (this INE is asked to you in your Parcoursup request)
  • You are a student of higher education in a university or school under the Ministry of National Education, Higher Education and Research (this INE is generally written on your student card)
MY NO. INE IS NOT ACCEPTED

Your INE number must contain no spaces.
Your No. INE generally appears on your student card or on the official documents concerning the baccalaureate.
If your No. INE is still not accepted, check the box "I do not have a No. INE "and send us in attached document a copy of your student card.

I CANNOT PROVIDE PROOF OF STUDENT STATUS (IF I DO NOT HAVE A NO. INE)

You must send us a sworn statement, dated and signed (by scan or photo), to inform us that you are being registered in the institution of your choice, for the training you want and for the current academic year or the next.
Wording sample :
"I, Mrs / Miss / Mr (first name), residing in (address), hereby confirm that I have made an application for registration in the institution (name of institution) for training (name of training) for the academic year 2018 - 2019.

Issued for all legal intents and purposes.

I CANNOT LOG IN

To log in, please go to MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr homepage and click on the "Connetion" button. Your login is your email address.

Several actions are possible :

  • If you have entered your INE as an identifier, you must enter your email address as an identifier.
  • If you have already created your MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account or if your account was created automatically, you can reset your password,
  • If you do not have an account, you must create one via the registration form.
HOW TO GET A NEW PASSWORD?

Click on the "Reset Password" présent on the page "Connetion". You must then enter your email address and follow the steps.
At the end of the process, click on "Save new password" to validate your new password.
To log in, please go to MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr homepage and click on the "Connetion" button.  Your login is your email address

THE NATIONALITY OF MY MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr ACCOUNT IS INCORRECT

You can now edit yourself your nationality on your MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account.
To do this, log into your account and in the page "MY PROFILE", change your nationality in the drop-down list and click the button "Save" to confirm.

MY FORENAME OR NAME MUST BE CHANGED, HOW CAN I DO IT?

Send us a message via our support form and choose the Catégorie : Compte messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr -> votre CROUS -> le Thème : Modifier son compte -> le Sujet : Modifier des informations de mon profil." and attach a proof of identity, where your family name and forename are clearly visible.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

Click on the  modification form of your old email, présent on the page "Connetion".
Or, you must log in MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr and click on "MY PROFILE". In the "Change email address"section, you will have to enter your new address and click on the button "Change email address". Do not close your browser. An email will be sent to you with a verification code. Enter this code and confirm the change of the email address to validate the change.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY INE NUMBER?

The INE in your profile is valid for the required formalities.
It isn’t necessary to ask change before paying CVEC fee.
For the CVEC certificate, your personal data (given name, name, date of birth) takes priority over any information.
Your INE will eventually be updated automatically after HEI registration.

MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr HAS GIVEN ME A PROVISIONAL INE NUMBER

This Id is valid for the required formalities ( for example :  to pay  CVEC fee)

WHEN RESETTING MY PASSWORD, IT SAYS THAT MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS NOT LINKED TO ANY USER, WHY?

There is no MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account attached to your email address, you must create an account on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr.

Scholarship application (DSE)

HOW TO APPLY FOR A SCHOLARSHIP?

First you must have an account to login on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr. Once you are connected to MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr, in your account, you must click on the "DEMANDE DSE", icon and follow the scholarship / housing application process : http://messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr/pve/doc/ProcedureDSE.pdf

I HAD ALREADY MADE A SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION LAST YEAR, SHOULD I CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT?

No, your account has been automatically created on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr.
To connect to MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr for the first time, you need to "reset your password". 
Your ID is your email address.

HOW CAN I RENEW MY APPLICATION?

You must log in MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr to access the scholarship application : "DEMANDE DSE"

INE INVALID DURING MY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Send us a message via our support form and choose the Catégorie : Compte messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr -> votre CROUS -> le Thème : Modifier son compte -> le Sujet : Problème avec le n°INE. and attach proof of student status where your No. INE and your first name and surname are clearly visible.

FORENAME OR NAME INVALID DURING MY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

Send us a message via our support form and choose the Catégorie : Compte messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr -> votre CROUS -> le Thème : Modifier son compte -> le Sujet : Modifier des informations de mon profil." and attach a proof of identity, where your family name and forename are clearly visible.

I CANNOT CHANGE MY NATIONALITY IN THE APPLICATION

Send us a message via our support form choose the subject "Mon compte : La nationalité indiquée n'est pas la bonne" and attach a proof of identity, where your nationality is mentioned.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PDF FILE YET

In principle, your file will be sent to your email address within 48 hours. In case of non-receipt within this time, first check your spam and if it is not there, please contact your Crous.

HOW TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION

On MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr, a specific icon allows you to follow the different steps of your application process. Caution! Your file does not appear in this follow-up just after your application, but only once it has been sent to you by email.

THE DSE BUTTON (SCHOLARSHIP OR HOUSING APPLICATION) DOES NOT APPEAR

Once connected to MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr with your ID and password, you do not see the buttons "Demande DSE" and "Suivi DSE" on the homepage which allow you to make and check your DSE request.

  • You are actually a student, but your status is awaiting validation. You will be notified by mail when your MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr account is validated, you can then access the application or the tracking of your DSE.
  • When you registered on MesServices.etudiant.gouv.fr (or Lokaviz / Jobaviz), you have not given any No. INE and have checked : " > I declare not to study in France but I do (or will soon do) an internship in France".

    You are therefore considered as "trainee" and trainees cannot apply for a DSE, unlike the "students".
    However, if you are a student and you can prove your student status (eg student card, certificate of education ...), please send a message via our support form, selecting the Catégorie : Contribution Vie Etudiante, Bourse, Logement, DSE -> votre CROUS -> le Thème : Bourses et aides financières -> le Sujet : Le bouton de demande de DSE n'apparaît pas.  and send us a proof of your student status.

I ASKED A QUESTION, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY REPLY

Depending on the amount of received messages, the delay for the support services to answer can be longer. We advise you to first read this document carefully to see if an answer can be given to you, before using the support form.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT ABOUT MY SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION?

You can use our support form in which you must choose the Catégorie : DSE (Bourse et Logement) -> votre CROUS -> le Thème : Bourses et aides financières -> and a subject in the Drop-Down list Sujet. 
No reply will be given to you about your scholarship or housing application if you do not choose the Catégorie : DSE (Bourse et Logement) -> votre CROUS -> le Thème : Bourses et aides financières".

CONFIRM YOUR ROOM PROPOSAL

If you have received this email from the Crous (no-reply@crous-xxx.fr) entitled : "Proposition d’accueil à confirmer…".

To confirm this offer:

  1. Register on the web portal "Portail de la Vie Etudiante" : http://messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr
    1. If you do not have an INE number, use the procedure with ONLY your name, first name and birth date (without INE number) MENTIONNED on the first page of your admission notice for your registration. You need to join a copy of your ID card and your email entitled « Proposition d’accueil » as proof of registration.
    2. If you have an INE number, use the procedure with INE and follow the instructions.
  2. Connect to the web portal "Portail de la Vie Etudiante" with your login and password.
  3. Click on City'U then choose your CROUS.
  4. The room offer is displayed, click on « confirmer » and pay online.

In case of trouble, take a look to the notebook called « Proposition d’accueil »

If you hit trouble with registration on the portal "Portail de la Vie Etudiante" : use the support form.

Validate your allocation
  1. Connect to the web portal "Portail de la Vie Etudiante" : http://messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr
  2. Click on City'U then choose your CROUS.
  3. The room offer is displayed, click on « valider »
  4. Pay online safely.

  1. Connect to the web portal "Portail de la Vie Etudiante" : http://messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr
  2. Click on City'U then choose your CROUS.
