To identify the main email address (connexion and contact) associated with a MesServices account (and the security email address, if applicable), please use this email indication form.
If you do not have an account on MesServices, please create it with the registration form.
Important: if you encounter difficulties in registering or logging in, before sending us a message, please read the answers given in the FAQ page first: you will probably find your solution there.
We will not respond to questions that have already been answered in the FAQ.
To register on MesServices, you will need:
an email address, which will become your login ID
ONE email address = ONE user (and not a family))
the email address should be checked regularly
a cellphone number (international format, example: starts with +33 for France)
If you do not have a cellphone number or if you do not receive the SMS sent by our platform, you will be asked for a security email address (different from the main email address used to connect to to MyServices)
The security email address can be used to send a security code in the event of a request to subsequently change your main login address or your password (instead of sending an SMS).
a proof of identity, where your family name and forename are clearly visible.
This proof is only requested if you cannot give us your INE number.
The INE (National Student Identification) or BEA number appears appears on your student card or on the baccalaureat transcript, or on the baccalaureat registration confirmation form.
